The basic lack of grammar and the failure to construct a sound argument in these comments suggests that 'loans' (whoever he or she may be) has been through the current AS system. Furthermore, the failure of either 'loans' or his/her mate 'business loans' to identify themselves properly means that their comments are, as spam, utterly useless in selling their particular product, further evidence of the worrying state of our education system.
